A PP Camlock Coupling is a quick-connect fitting made from lightweight, corrosion-resistant polypropylene plastic.
It is ideal for transferring water, fertilizers, mild chemicals, and food-grade liquids, particularly in agricultural, industrial, and marine applications where non-metallic couplings are preferred.


Construction

  1. Body

    • Injection-molded polypropylene reinforced with glass fiber for improved strength.

  2. Cam Arms

    • Polypropylene or stainless steel arms that lock into the male adapter.

  3. Pins & Rings

    • Stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and secure locking.

  4. Gasket / Seal

    • Standard EPDM gasket; optional NBR, Viton®, or PTFE for different chemical compatibilities.


Typical Specifications

  • Size Range: 1/2" to 4" (DN15 – DN100)

  • Pressure Rating: Typically up to 100–150 psi (7–10 bar), depending on size.

  • Temperature Range: –20 °C to +70 °C (EPDM seals).

  • Standards: MIL-C-27487 / A-A-59326 interchangeability.

  • End Connection Types:
