A flexible corrugated stainless steel hose, reinforced with one or more layers of stainless steel wire braid, fitted with flange connections on both ends.
Flanged ends provide a strong, secure, and easily removable connection, making this hose ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-vibration applications in industrial piping systems.


Construction

  1. Inner Hose

    • Corrugated stainless steel (SS304 or SS316) for flexibility, corrosion resistance, and heat tolerance.

  2. Braid Reinforcement

    • Single or double stainless steel wire braid to increase pressure capacity and control hose elongation.

  3. End Fittings – Flanges

    • Flanges welded or mechanically attached at both ends.

    • Available in ANSI, JIS, DIN, BS, or PN standards.

    • Options: Fixed flange or floating (loose) flange for easier alignment during installation.


Typical Specifications

  • Size Range: DN15 (1/2") to DN300 (12") or larger.

  • Pressure Ratings: Commonly PN10, PN16, PN25, ANSI 150#, ANSI 300#, or custom.

  • Temperature Range: –200 °C to +600 °C depending on media and braid layers.

  • Material Options:

    • Hose & braid: SS304, SS316, or SS321.

    • Flanges: Carbon steel, SS304, SS316, or coated steel.

  • Standards: ISO 10380, BS 6501, ASME B16.5, JIS B2220, or DIN EN 1092-1.
